Help please with password reset

Hi - I am trying to reinstall Jutland and Distant Guns after a PC upgrade stuffed my installation. I have tried to use the retrieve password function on the support pages here: https://support.stormeaglestudios.com/c ... tpass.aspx without luck. I enter my email address associated with my account at the forgotten password dialogue (briansmith@optusnet.com.au) and it says "Your password has been sent. Please check your email." However, no email arrives.

I bought Jutland so long ago my registration details are long gone (defunct email provider) and I can't remember my original password.

Could you help please?

Hello Smith!

Your support account is separate from your StormPowered account so you'll need to use the reset password feature from either the store page or within the StormPowered client itself. Below is a link to the store page so give it a try there and you should be good to go.

Hi ,

Thanks for the reply. I've tried both links without luck. I used the store "forgot your password" dialogue more than half an hour ago, got the message to say my new password has been sent, but nothing has arrived in my inbox.

I've tried a second time today - get a message that the new one-time password has been sent, but nothing received in my email account. Checked spam etc, no sign of it. The account is receiving messages, but nothing from SES. Appreciate it if you coul look into it please.

Thanks, since I don't know my password (and the password reset function at the support portal is not working for me either), I have had to submit the support ticket under a different username - "smithcorp".
