I can no longer log in with my account information

I just wanted to play a runbde Jutland again and find that I can no longer log in.
A new passowrt was requested, but I get no email, although the system says that you have been sent. I also can't get into my account at Stormpowered.
Can you help me? Of course I still have the invoices of the purchases
