username and pswd not recognised

Stormpowered is asking for username and pswd but will not recognise them. It only recognises my ancient e-mail I registered the games with 11 years ago - but then says I have no games installed.

The forums have also stopped recognising my new e-mail you guys set up for me in May so it looks like your customer database is corrupted.

Can you please fix? I have a 9-player MP group who want to continue playing. Thanks.

I actually tried to buy the games again - all $104 - but your system won't even let me do that.

Please fix this guys; this is incredibly frustrating due to the number of players I've got wanting to continue the campaign.

And just for future reference, you will never under any circumstances be required to re-purchase the games. If you're ever having an account related issue, the best course of action would always be to submit a support ticket so our staff can sort it out for you. Thanks!

Hi SES guys. It is happening AGAIN. When I fire the Stormpowered client up it asks for a username and password. I put these in and it refuses to recognise them.
