Good Afternoon!
First, I purchased Jutland Pro edition long, long ago, but I only recently have been trying to get back into it and also purchased just this afternoon Map Pack 1. In Stormpowered, it shows I have Jutland and ship packs 1 and 2 as "Pro" and Map Pack 1 as "Standard." Though since I started writing this it now says "Pro" as well.
Now, from the start everything seemed to be going alright, I had all the scenarios unlocked, things were progressing smoothly as I selected a Falklands Scenario and hit Battle, I set myself as the Royal Navy and let the AI take over von Spee's forces.
Almost all of my forces (save for Kent) were completely immobile, I thought I was maybe struggling with the UI, but after setting speed and waypoints, it was no good, my battlecruisers were trapped.
I closed out of the scenario, picked a later one (this time the one where the RN forces have begun clearing the harbor) and once again, only Kent was moving. I'll also add that the info screen for all ships that were immobile said they were doing 15 knots, and the "battle start screen" where your forces pan across the screen acted as though my ships should be traversing across it, but to no avail!
So from here I started experimenting.
I set myself as the Germans and let the AI run the British ships, maybe I was still the problem? Alas, I was mobile and the AI was stuck in its initial formation, and was not moving at all.
Tried a couple other scenarios, and nothing else seemed to be effected in this way, all forces were on the move.
Any guesses at whats going on?

Thanks for your reply Garbo!
I did a little more experimentation and I found that the ships seem to be stuck in the "raising steam" mechanic, as they were immobile for nearly an hour before suddenly starting to move. For the "Falklands at 0920" This wasn't a problem, but for the "Falklands at 1030" scenario, the ships are supposed to be sailing out of Pt. Stanley at 15kts and they are stuck in raising steam.
I tried going into the battle editor to see if I could find a way to solve it but there was no readily apparent solution.
