Hi, I wanted to buy Jutland with the Falklandmappack in December, entered everything, activated Paypal as transfer, but somehow it did not work. There was also never a debit via paypal.

Would not the procurement of a prepaid card for VISA make more sense here?

Too bad that you can not pay via online banking or Sofort transfer.

Just to give you an update - We've identified and corrected an issue that was likely causing paypal payments to not go through.

When I want to order, I get this message:


Either an existing license for one of the products in this order is already active for this account, or one of the products in this order requires an existing license for a parent product that does not exist for this account.

I only have the test versions under my account so far, what's the problem?

Everything works, everything is confirmed, only when I press on place order, the mentioned error message appears, also the amount is displayed when I am redirected to paqypal, I click on continue there, come back to your screen, the hack at paypal is green only when I press on place order it does not continue

Hi Avarice!

I just tested it myself and got the same thing, so it's not on your end.

I have a workaround for you though! What you can do is first, purchase the Jutland Experience separately and then purchase the Map Pack separately as well.
