Trying to enter a ticket for Jutland and DG not being activated for offline play. The support ticket creation process keeps throwing up errors. I think it finally went through, but its very frustrating.

Also, the captivate system is INCREDIBLY slow. It literally takes 15 seconds each time to repopulate the pictures. It then makes you go through 4-5 iterations of pictures.
