Hi i have downloaded this game via the stormpowered app but then when i select to run it, i get an error saying "failed to open output file", and "failed to extract setup file (3703)" and if i click on the downloaded msi itself, this also has the same error come up - is there an old 16bit installer ...

i saw in t older post that someone who had this issue had to send admin a private message to confirm email address- can i do this?

I have installed Jutland and the addons via the stormpowered app, but they all say online only. I select to switch to offline as i dont want to be online all the time, however it says activation failed and contact admin

what do i need to do to make the games i bought offline capable?
